Visiting Hours & Phone Numbers

Our first priority is the comfort, safety and health status of our patients. This means there will be times when we ask visitors not to come see a patient or to return at another time. We also understand that family members and friends can provide needed support and comfort for patients, so our patients may receive visitors 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

From outside the hospital, if you wish to contact a patient in the hospital by phone, you will need to know the patient’s room number. Then you may dial the area code (540) if necessary, and 829-4 + the 3-number patient room. For example, if a patient were in room 555, you would dial 829-4555 or, (540) 829-4555.

If you don't know the patient’s room number, or if you require assistance, please call the main hospital number at (540) 829-4100.
